Adrianne Palicki as Wonder Woman

The new Wonder Woman TV movie that will be on NBC at some point in the future has been filming a big action sequence in the heart of Hollywood, with a big traffic jam, a lot of running around in tights, and a ton of people called in as extras.

My car, Ruby, will be seen right next to the cars that Wonder Woman runs on top of (see the picture below).

It was quite a busy shoot, mainly because so many people who weren’t a part of it were walking by, or watching from outside of windows all around the street.

Paparazzi were all over the place, getting shots of Wonder Woman’s recently revised costume, and on the first night of shooting, Britney Spears was also nearby performing on the Jimmy Kimmel show which I’m sure helps bring people out to take pictures

On the second night, there was even a kid that offered me 10 bucks just to sit in my car and be a part of the shoot.  I wish I could have taken him up on the offer, but I’d like to come back to the set the next day.  Getting kicked off the shoot would be more expensive to me.  Maybe offer a couple hundred and I’ll think about it next time…save up those pennies!

The stunt double pulled her hamstring so the actress stepped up to the plate while shooting in the Kodak theater.   It was late (or early, however you look at it) and everyone was exhausted.  Adrianne managed to slam herself into the Kodak Staircase and was carried out crying.  I only caught glimpse of the tail end of the injury but Wonder Woman looked like a tough cookie so I’m sure she’ll be back on set ready to take on the world today.  If not, I know a thing or two about super heroes so I’ll be glad to step up to the plate.

As for the paparazzi, there’s also a cute pic (see below) of them all lined up and ready to get some shots of…whatever’s happening at the time, I guess.
